Sports shoes merchant New Balance has revealed it will release brand-new cloud innovation throughout a broad range of its retail operations throughout North America and Europe.
The relocation is created to improve client experiences with the brand by broadening fulfillment options, optimizing merchandise schedules, and making interactions throughout channels smoother.
To do so, New Balance has gone into a contract to utilize cloud-based applications developed by retail tech firm Aptos throughout its service operations. This consists of during interactions with customers through POS and CMS, order capture and fulfillment with OMS, stock preparation and management, and new data solutions such as Aptos Analytics and Sales Audit to improve decision-making.
The shoe business will also embrace the microservices-based SaaS platform Aptos ONE to enable it to rapidly release new capabilities in reaction to quickly altering consumer behaviors.

Just like other sectors, a variety of retail brand names have introduced cloud services throughout their business over the last few years. In August, beverages group Coca-Cola European Partners revealed it wishes to accelerate towards an open hybrid cloud environment through an arrangement with IBM.
